Unlike Buck Teeth, some people with a Class II Bite can have have a very deep overlap of the top front teeth over the bottom teeth. This is known as a Deep Bite, which has not as much much horizontal overlap as Buck Teeth would have, but in some cases bringing the top teeth further forward than their matching bottom teeth.

This problem can result in difficulty biting food, protrusion of the lips, and a poor appearance. It is treatable using a variety of conventional orthodontic treatments, including braces and Invisalign .
